Unlimited Potential was founded in 2003 with a mission to integrate the healing power of nature and the advancements of science into every treatment. I thrive on the natural rhythms of life—waking with the morning light and eating with the seasons. These simple yet powerful practices keep me grounded and attuned, both in my personal life and in the work I do.

I find joy in the wellness practices of yoga, Pilates, mindful nutrition, and meaningful connections with the amazing people in my life.  I’m passionate about supporting others on their unique journeys toward balance, self-care, and vibrant well-being.
