Appointment Policy
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
- If this is your first booking with us, a credit card deposit of 50% is required and will be forfeited with less than 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
- For appointment cancellations or no shows less than 24 hours, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
Product Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in original packaging. There is a 20% restock fee for all returns.
