Appointment Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to adhere to our appointment policy. If this is your first booking with us, a credit card deposit of 50% is required. Please note that this deposit will be forfeited for any appointment cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice. For cancellations or no-shows occurring within this time frame, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This policy ensures we can continue providing high-quality skin care services to all our clients.
Product Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange within 30 days, as outlined in our product return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and please note that there is a 20% restock fee for all returns.
